Our Group Benefits consultants will provide an initial benefits plan analysis for all new group clients. This includes a review of policy contracts, benefits, alternative plan design recommendations, comparative cost analysis and insurance service review.

Recommendations for Executives & Key Employees

Renewal Negotiation with Insurer

Our Group Benefits consulting thoroughly reviews clients’ annual renewals and will negotiate with the insurance company to ensure the requested premium adjustment is justified based on plan member demographic changes, claims experience, credibility, and insurer expenses.

Policy Service – Claims & Billing Inquiries

Our staff provides a high level of service to our group clients throughout the policy year.  Company administrators have access to our client service representatives for all benefits related matters including claims and billing statement inquires.
